Chicago Pro Builders is a full service general contracting firm that specializes in high-end new construction, home design, custom-home building and remodeling. Our practice is in the Chicagoland area, including Lincoln Park, Roscoe Village, Bucktown, the north suburbs and North Shore.

Chicago Pro Builders’ design is immediately recognizable as functional, bright and spacious. In every home we build, we focus on the details of our design, starting with an intuitive floor plan. As we create each space, we think about how it will be lived in. Then, we focus on maximizing the function and beauty of the space to fit its purpose. We love bright spaces, so we build our homes with large windows and strategically placed skylights to bathe the home in natural light. Finally, we can’t get enough of vertical space. Each home we build has at least 10’ ceilings on the main and lower levels, and even higher vaulted ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms. It’s this careful attention to design that makes our homes highly sought after.
